Setback Updates

This is what I can send you at the moment that shows the setbacks. Typically I would tell you to look in the ordinances where it would be listed, however, I can’t find the article that has been updated to the new setbacks offhand. I’ll have to get that from my land-use administrator when he gets back into the office. The only thing that would change these setbacks would be if there is an HOA or covenants in the area listed in the clerk's office! Let me know if you have any questions!
